Silent Night – free audio & tab
Probably the quintiessential Christmas tune. This free AGW download includes audio – soprano and acoustic guitar accompaniment – plus the tab we created for the guitar arrangement. Silent Night works so well in Open E tuning (you can also tune down to Open D if you prefer and use the tab, the fingering and positions will be the same as Open E, just a tone lower), it has a beautiful ringing and haunting quality and is really easy to play.
